Among my takeaways was an under layer, starting with simplified shapes, and use or contrasting or complimentary colors - in addition to those seen - for pop. First loved the intro – get to know you game – really broke the ice – Kelly was fantastic and gave great feedback in a super positive manner. This was my first two-day workshop and I wasn’t sure I’d be up for the second day initially – but I found it went way to fast – I really liked the interaction with the other members of the group – liked the 10 minute drawings/paintings. "Flaneur" is an apt name for the Deep River Farm experience: "Be anywhere and find simplest things to enjoy and share."
