I thrive when I allow my art to wander.
A deep curiosity for life has led me to explore many paths as an artist. All forms of culture ranging from music and food to travel and the local riches of coastal Rhode Island shape what happens in my studio. I gravitate to bold colors, shapes and texture. My paintings of cows and culinary subject matter can be highly playful while my encaustic abstracts and sculpture rely on a more layered use of materials.
