What is Regenerative Medicine for All Public Day?

The Wake Forest Institute for Regenerative Medicine (WFIRM), the lead partner of the Piedmont Triad Regenerative Medicine Engine (PTRME), is excited to introduce the inaugural Regenerative Medicine (RM) for All Public Day, a dynamic and interactive experience designed for K-12 students, educators, families, and the general public. This event offers hands-on learning experiences, an industry exposition featuring leading RM companies, and panel discussions with professionals, students, and technicians in the field.

Public Day provides an accessible and engaging introduction to regenerative medicine, complementing the broader educational opportunities offered by WFIRM’s 12th Annual Regenerative Medicine Essentials (RME) Course—a three-day event featuring expert-led lectures, interactive panels, and networking with leaders in the field.

Attendees can explore cutting-edge science, industry advancements, and career pathways through immersive virtual reality experiences, interactive workshops, and artistic explorations of RM innovation. Whether you’re a student considering a future in biotechnology, a teacher seeking STEM-related resources, or simply someone fascinated by medical breakthroughs, Public Day offers a unique opportunity to connect, learn, and be inspired.
